Keller APN: 059-160-82 <br /> INFORMATION: <br /> The site is not currently located within a Federal Flood Insurance Administration Designated <br /> Flood Hazard Area. In addition, the existing San Joaquin County and City of Stockton Flood <br /> Insurance Studies, which delineate flood risks, floodplains and floodway areas, are currently <br /> being reevaluated. The reevaluation is being conducted by the Federal Emergency <br /> Management Agency, Region IX, Building 105, Presidio of San Francisco, California 94129- <br /> 1250, telephone (415) 923-7186. The reevaluation may delineate additional flood risks. The <br /> official flood maps are available for review at the Department of Public Works, 9810 East <br /> Hazelton Avenue, Stockton. These flood maps will be updated when the reevaluation process <br /> is completed. <br /> Cora Post Road has an existing right-of-way width of 40 feet and a planned right-of-way width <br /> of 50 feet. <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS: <br /> 1. Encroachment permit shall be required for work within road right-of-way. <br /> (Development Title Sections 9-1145.4 and 9-1145.5) <br /> 2. The driveway approach shall be improved in accordance with the requirements of <br /> San Joaquin County Standards R-17 prior to issuance of the occupancy permit. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1145.5) <br /> 3.
