Other requirements may also apply. These requirements cannot be <br /> modified. <br /> A. A soil suitability study, as required by Section 9-1105.2 (d) of the San Joaquin County <br /> Development Title, indicating that the area is suitable for a septic tank system must be <br /> performed prior to recordation of Parcel Map or Certificate of Compliance. A review fee of <br /> $178.00 is required at time of submittal to the Environmental Health Department. <br /> The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage standards of San Joaquin <br /> County prior to approval. A percolation test that meets absorption rates of the manual of <br /> septic tank practice or E.P.A. Design Manual for onsite wastewater treatment and disposal <br /> system is required for each parcel. A permit fee of$89.00 per percolation hole is required. <br /> f <br /> NOTE: Should a Parcel Map not be required, the study shall be conducted prior to issuance of <br /> building permits (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1105.2). <br /> B. Prior to issuance of building permit for residence on remainder parcel, a Soil Suitability <br /> Stud shall be performed and submitted to Environmental Health Department with a review <br /> Y p p <br /> fee of$178.00 due at time of submittal. <br /> k <br /> NOTE: The well on the property existed from a sheep herder's camp.
