PA-0300390 OF <br /> ARMIN AND LORI GHORBANI (CIO GREG PRATT CONSTRUCTION) <br /> (APN: 212-060-11) <br /> The applicant has submitted the above <br /> referenced Zone Reclassification Pre-Application <br /> to change the zoning designation of one parcel totaling approximately 1.49 acres from <br /> AL-10 (Limited Agriculture - 10 acre minimum) to an unspecified industrial or commercial <br /> zone with the intent of installing an auto body repair and paint facility (Use Type: <br /> Automotive Sales and Services—Auto Repairs, Heavy). The current General Plan <br /> designation is AIL (Limited Agriculture). <br /> The parcel is located on the northwest corner of Corral Hollow Road and Larch Road, <br /> north of Tracy. <br /> The Community Development Department has reviewed the proposed Zone <br /> Reclassification Pre-Application and offer the following comments: <br /> If the applicant chooses to submit a full application, a General Plan Amendment must be <br /> filed concurrently with the Zone Reclassification application in order for the zone district <br /> to remain consistent with the General Plan.
