Other requirements may also apply. These requirements cannot be <br /> modified. <br /> A. The Environmental Health Department (EHD) requires a soil suitability/nitrate loading study <br /> incorporating proposed staff and customer use, indicating that the area is suitable for septic <br /> system usage. This study must be submitted and approved prior to issuance of building <br /> permit(s). (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1105.2(d)). A review fee of <br /> $525.00 must be paid at time of submittal to the EHD. <br /> The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage standards of San Joaquin <br /> County prior to approval. A percolation test that meets absorption rates of the manual of septic <br /> tank practice or E.P.A. Design Manual for onsite wastewater treatment and disposal system is <br /> required for each parcel. A permit fee of$105.00 per percolation hole is required. <br /> B. The existing private water wells shall be tested for the chemical Dibromochloropropane (DBCP) <br /> and nitrates prior to issuance of building permit(s). Samples are to be taken and analyzed by a <br /> State-approved laboratory (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1115.7). <br /> C. C water�we nder permit and inspection of the Environmental Health Department <br /> prior to occupancy. Sho Id the number of non-resident individuals exceed 24 for at least 60 <br /> days per year, or a umber of service connections exceed four, a yearly permit to operate a <br /> er system will be required by the Environmental Health Department (San-Joaquin <br /> County Development Title, Section 9-1120.2 and 9-1115.9.). <br /> The supplier must possess adequate financial, managerial, and technical capability to assure <br /> delivery of pure, wholesome, and potable drinking water in accordance with San Joaquin <br /> County Development Title, Sections 9-1120.2 and 9-1115.9 and C.C.R., Title 22, and Health <br /> and Safety Code, Section 116525 through 116570. - <br /> NOTE: <br /> A test well shall be installed to determine if water quality will meet the State standards for a <br /> small public water system well at this location.
