This area was previously identified in Larch Clover Pollution Study by Dewante and Stowell, <br /> March 1983, and Nolte and Associates Pollution Study, March 1990 with respect to high <br /> groundwater and impacts of failing septic system on groundwater quality. <br /> B. In order for Environmental Health Division to support the proposed development, the <br /> complete removal of three (3)residences and one (1) trailer could represent a reduction of , <br /> septic effluent load if the proposed development utilizes one caretaker facility. ' <br /> C. A special septic permit shall be required at time of development with the requirement to <br /> connect to public sewer when it becomes available. <br /> D. Connection to an approved public water supply system as required by Section 9-•1120.2 of the <br /> San Joaquin County Development Title. <br /> A Division of San Joaquin County Health Care Services <br />
