The purpose <br /> of our study was to determine the suitability of the property for septic tank usage. The study was <br /> performed in general accordance to the requirements of Section 9-101009 of San Joaquin <br /> County Ordinance. The following includes background information regarding the proposed <br /> development, present use of the site, and the groundwater depth in the project area. in addition, <br /> discussions regarding our investigative procedures and the site conditions encountered during <br /> our field exploration and the results of percolation tests are presented. Finally, the results of our <br /> nitrate loading calculations and project limitations are provided. <br /> PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT <br /> On a preliminary basis, we understand the subject 4.68-acre project site will contain a self- <br /> storage facility and one caretaker building.
