Country Club Blvd, Stockton <br /> The San Joaquin County Development Title Requirements listed below have been identified as <br /> pertinent to this project. Other requirements may also apply. These requirements cannot be <br /> modified. <br /> f <br /> A. A qualified environmental professional shall prepare a surface and subsurface contamination <br /> report, identifying any potential source of surface or subsurface contamination caused by past <br /> t„ or current land uses. The report shall include evaluation of non-point source of hazardous <br /> materials,including agricultural chemical residues,as well as potential point sources, such as <br /> 1 fuel storage tanks,septic systems,or chemical storage areas. If the report indicates there is <br /> contamination,corrective action shall be taken, as recommended in the report and concurred <br /> with by Environmental Health prior to recordation of the Parcel Map(San Joaquin County <br /> Development Title, Section 9-905.12(a)(c)). <br /> f <br /> E <br />` B. The Environmental Health Department requires a soil suitability study indicating that the <br /> area is suitable for septic tank usage. This must be performed prior to recordation of Parcel <br /> Map(San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1105.2(d)). A review fee of <br /> $190.00 must be paid at time of submittal to the Environmental Health Department. <br /> !1/ The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage standards of San Joaquin <br /> Countyprior to approval. A percolation test that meets absorption rates of the manual of <br /> P Pp Pe YP <br /> septic tank practice or E.P.A. Design Manual for onsite wastewater treatment and disposal <br /> system is required for each parcel. A permit fee of$95.00 per percolation hole is required. <br /> NOTE: <br /> A Soil Suitability Study by Dillon & Murphy dated November 2005 was submitted to and <br /> reviewed by the Environmental Health Department (EHD). The report had deficiencies and <br /> is not yet approved. Percolation tests are required on all parcels except the designated <br /> remainder. Only one percolation test was done for the above referenced study. <br /> C. The existing private water wells shall be tested for the chemical Dibromochloropropane <br /> (DBCP) and nitrates prior to recordation of the Parcel Map. Samples are to be taken and <br /> analyzed by a State-approved laboratory(San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9- <br /> 1115.7). <br /> D. Construction of individual sewage-disposal-system(s)under permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Department is required at the time of development based on the Soil <br /> Suitability findings (San Joaquin County Development Title,Section 9-1110.3 &9-1110.4). <br />
