The granting of the Zone Reclassification will allow no more, han 7 two <br /> acre parcels. Given the fact that there are two homes (either existing or under construction), the <br /> most number of new lots would be five. Since each lot in an R-R zone is entitled to a primary <br /> home and a second unit dwelling, there is a potential of 14 homes on the entire fourteen acres. <br /> 4.0 GROUNDWATER INFORMATIONE <br /> S CTION. <br /> F4.1 Description of the depth and gradient of groundwater in the general area: The depth to <br /> groundwater in this area is approximately 2.5 feet-(see Anderson Report in Appendix). The results for dibromochloropropane (DBCP)were <br /> non-detect and the results for nitrates were non-detect. <br /> 4.5 Description of how sample was obtained, handled, stored, and transported to the lab: <br /> The water samples were obtained from the spigot at the house located 3548 Country Club <br /> Boulevard. The samples were taken by Brook Handel of Dillon&Murphy, and driven directly <br /> r to Precision Enviro-Tech. The samples were taken and handled in accordance withi Precision (Lf- <br /> Enviro-Tech requirements. The results from the test can be found in the Appendix.' <br /> 4.6 Complete Chain of Custody document, including printed and signed name�of third <br /> party sampler, condition of sample and date and time the sample was submittd to the <br /> lab.
