Country Blvd, Stockton <br /> The San Joaquin County Development Title Requirements listed below have been identified as <br /> pertinent to this project. Other Requirements may also apply. These Requirements cannot be <br /> modified. <br /> a. A soil suitability study indicating that the area is suitable for septic tank usage must be <br /> performed prior to recordation of the parcel map as required by Section 9-1105.2(d) of <br /> the San Joaquin County Development Title. A nitrate loading study is required and a <br /> review fee of $390.00 must be paid at time of submittal to E.H.D. <br /> The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage standards of San <br /> Joaquin County prior to approval. A percolation test that meets absorption rates of the <br /> manual of septic tank practice or E.P.A. Design Manual for onsite wastewater treatment <br /> and disposal system is required for each parcel. A permit fee of$78.00 per percolation <br /> hole is required. <br /> b. This project shall be provided with public water service at the time of (state specific) <br /> Improvement Plan a roval/Final Map recordation. A letter shall be submitted from the <br /> purveyor stating that these services are either bonded for or are in place, prior to final <br /> approval. (San Joaquin County Development Title 9-1120.2) <br /> C. Destruction or proper sealing the abandoned well(s) under permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Division is required.
