Other Ordinance Requirements may also <br /> apply. Ordinance Requirements can not be modified. <br /> a. A soil suitability study as required by Section 10100 of the <br /> San Joaquin County Development Code must be performed prior to <br /> recordation of final map or letter of approval indicating that <br /> the area is suitable for septic tank usage. <br /> b. Construct an individual sewage disposal system(s) on parcels <br /> 1 and 2 under a permit and inspection by the Environmental <br /> Health Division at the time of development. <br /> C. Construction of an individual domestic water well on parcels <br /> 1 and 2 under a well permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Division at the time of development. <br /> d. The existing private water wells shall be tested for the <br /> chemical Dibromochloropropane (DBCP) and Nitrates prior to <br /> recordation of the Final Map. Samples are to be taken and run <br /> by a State-approved lab. <br /> e. The inservice irrigation well must be repaired under permit <br /> and inspection by the Environmental Health Division as <br /> follows: Disconnect existing cross-connection from the well <br /> to the stand pipe. The outlet pipe from the well must be <br /> plumbed over the top of the standpipe with an air gap that is <br /> twice the diameter of the pipe. <br /> f .
