Issued drilling <br /> permit#0021743. <br /> 03/17/00 Beginning site investigation, geoprobe soil borings. <br /> 06/01/00 SJC/EHD received this date the report "Preliminary Site Assessment <br /> Investigation" that was dated May 10, 2000. Water contamination <br /> reported. <br /> 06/20/00 SJC/EHD directive was sent this date for submittal of a work plan <br /> to continue the site investigation and to install monitoring wells. <br /> The work plan was due by August 2, 2000. <br />
