i
Conclusions and Recommendations
Sample analysis of the three monitoring wells showed that contaminants were detected
(highly degraded TPHD which did not match the laboratory diesel standard) only in MW-
3. Previous quarterly monitoring program data for TPHG, and BTEX and MTBE and
oxygenates has shown concentrations continue at none detected levels except highly
degraded TPHD at MW-3. Contaminants were not detected in the downgradient wells.
On the basis of this data it is Wright's opinion that further monitoring is not warranted
and we recommend that this site is a candidate for site closure on the basis of the site
investigation and five quarters of groundwater monitoring.
Limitations
This report has been prepared specifically for M&M Builders site at 8111 West Eleventh
Street in Tracy, CA and was done according to the State and local agency suggested
guidance documents for these investigations. The` interpretations, conclusions and
recommendations made herein are based on professional judgment of the data and
analysis for the soil and water samples collected on-site and should be reviewed in the
context of this report and other site reports. Wright Environmental Services, Inca is not
responsible for errors in laboratory analysis and reporting, or for information not available
during the course of the study, and no warranty or guarantee is expressed or implied
therein.
If you have any questions, please call. qE 0 Q
OQER h1
Sincerely, VY
Wright Environmental Services, Inc.
