Box 2009 <br /> Stockton, CA 95201 <br /> Subject: Treatment of Excavation Soil from 8181 East 11th Street, Tracy, California; <br /> (Stockpiled at 1100 Lowe Road, Hughson, California) <br /> Dear Ms. Meays: <br /> On September 6, 1994; in accordance with requirements for treatment of the subject soils' <br /> (Attachment 1), Western Stone Products, Inc. (Western Stone) processed the soil in the <br /> asphalt burner at .their Hughson Facility. Subsequent to treatment RESNA Industries Inc. <br /> (RESNA) personnel collected two soil samples from beneath the process chute. The soil <br /> samples, WSPT-SP-lA and WSPT-SP-1B, were analyzed for total petroleum hydrocarbons <br /> as diesel (TPHd), benzene, toluene, ethylbenzene, and xylenes (BTEX) with .TCLP <br /> extraction.
