I could smell the oranges rotting and fermenting in the sun. The Shop Supervisor of the business I was inspecting also said the oranges were attracting rats and other rodents. This lot is actually four parcels, but they all belong to the same property owner and seems to be incorporated within the city of Stockton. The shop supervisor has already contacted City of Stockton Code Enforcement. I have not generated a complaint for this because I'm not sure 1
