In a phone conversation <br /> briwem GrS Stahl and Mary Ways (August 28, 1991), Ms. Meays stated in part that it was <br /> the inciinatiesi of Satz 3oaquin County to simply require two addiziona) rounds of sampling, <br /> witnessed by a representative of the county, prior to issuing a recommendation for case closure. <br /> The final round of monitoring and sampling will be conducted in January, 1992, San Joaquin <br /> County will be notified prior to the event and will be requested to have a witness present. <br /> Please be advised that if TP <br /> concenlrations in 3anuary, f we faussd z be less ftc <br /> State Maximum Contaminant Levels, it would be the intention of Western Stone Products, Inc <br /> to discontinue monitoring and sampling at the site and to apply for monitoring well <br /> abandonment.
