"11th" St. , Tracy, CA (County <br /> site code 1393} <br /> i <br /> Dear Ms. Cotulla: <br /> I am writing in response to your letter of April 12, 1991 re- <br /> questing additional subsurface investigation at the referenced <br /> site. <br /> Based on the results of soil and groundwater sampling and analy- <br /> sis during tank removal, during the drilling of four groundwater <br /> monitoring wells, and over a one and one half <br /> �- =1 monitoring and sem lin , year period of <br /> mend meets <br /> the established criteria for closure.
