The <br /> modification calls for the installation of Granular Activated Carbon (GAC) units attached to <br /> a vapor extraction system (VES). <br /> 1. Remove I/C unit, liquid propane (LP) tank and security fence around the LP tank <br /> 2. Obtain a new authority to construct permit <br /> 3. Bring; in an electrical service for the new VES extraction equipment <br /> 4. Install the new vapor extraction system, to include: <br /> u Vacuum blower with 200 sclin capacity <br /> Q Install two 1000-pound CAC units <br /> 5. Replace carbon as needed (estimated monthly) <br /> G.
