The applicant <br /> has indicated that the property will be divided into 49 lots for single family dwellings. <br /> Residential use within this zone.is not restricted under the Airport Land Use Plan. <br /> While this property is outside of the high noise level (60dB CNEL and above) contours, <br /> the residences will be subject to single event noise disturbances due to aircraft <br /> overflight. To protect the airport and inform future residents, the ALUC recommends <br /> that the applicant file an Avigation Easement in favor of San Joaquin County and a <br /> Noise Disclosure statement with the deed.
