PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICES <br /> a. This proposed division of land shall meet the Rules and <br /> Regulations of San Joaquin County Ordinance No. 549 . A . <br /> percolation test and a sewage disposal area as determined <br /> by the percolation test is required for the Environmental <br /> Health Division approval . A permit for the percolation <br /> tests from the Environmental Health Division is required. <br /> 3 . PLANNING DIVISION <br /> a . Legal descriptions of the resultant properties shall be <br /> submitted to the Planning Division at the same time that <br /> the Record of Survey is submitted to the Surveyor ' s <br /> Office . The descriptions shall be stamped and signed by <br /> a Registered Civil Engineer or a Licensed Land Surveyor. <br /> h <br />
