Other Requirements may also apply. These <br /> Requirements cannot be modified. <br />` a. A soil suitability study indicating that the area is suitable for septic tank usage <br /> must be performed prior to acceptance of the application as required by Section <br /> 9-1105.2(d) of the San Joaquin County Development Title. A nitrate loading <br /> study is required and a review fee of $390.00 must be paid at time of submittal <br /> to E.H.D. <br /> The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage <br /> standards of San Joaquin County prior to approval. A percolation test <br />{, that meets absorption rates of the manual of septic tank practice or <br /> E.P.A. Design Manual for on site waste water treatment and disposal <br /> system is required for each parcel. A permit fee of $78.00 per <br /> percolation hole is required. <br /> b. Submit an improvement plan to the San Joaquin County Planning Department <br /> for approval by the Environmental Health Division showing sewage and well <br /> information as required by the improvement plan (including a 100% expansion <br /> area). <br /> A Division of San Joaquin County Health Care Services <br />
