Regardless of location within San Joaquin County, ALUC review is required in addition to FAA <br /> notification in accordance with Code of Federal Regulations, Part 77, <br /> https://www.ecfr.gov/cgi-bin/text- <br /> idx?SID=42d487411c933cc19a992a86b2a88e01&mc=true&node=pt14.2.77&rgn=div5 <br /> (https://oeaaa.faa.gov/oeaaa/external/portal.jsp)for any proposal for construction or alteration under <br /> the following conditions: <br /> 1. If requested by the FAA <br /> 2. Any construction or alteration that is more than 200 feet AGL at its site. <br /> 3. Any construction or alteration that exceeds an imaginary surface extending outward and upward <br /> at the following slopes: <br /> A. 100 to 1 for a horizontal distance of 20,000 feet of a public use or military airport from any <br /> point on the runway of each airport with its longest runway more than 3,200 feet. <br /> B. 50 to 1 for a horizontal distance of 10,000 feet of a public use or military airport from any point <br /> on the runway of each airport with its longest runway no more than 3,200 feet. <br /> C. 25 to 1 for a horizontal distance of 5,000 ft. of the nearest take-off and landing area of a public <br /> use heliport. <br /> 4. Any highway, railroad or other traverse way whose prescribed adjusted height would exceed the <br /> above noted standards. <br /> 5. Any construction or alteration located on a public use airport or heliport regardless of height or <br /> location. <br /> 4. SAN JOAQUIN COUNCIL OF GOVERNMENTS(Contact: [209]235-0600) <br /> a. This project is subject to the San Joaquin County Multi-Species Habitat Conservation and Open Space <br /> Plan (SJMSCP). This can be up to a ninety(90) day process prior to issuance of building permits and <br /> it is recommended that the project applicant contact SJMSCP staff as early as possible. It is also <br /> recommended that the project applicant obtain an information package. Participation in the SJMSCP <br /> is require prior to issuance of a building and/or grading permit. <br /> 5. UNITED AUBURN INDIAN COMMUNITY(Contact: [530] 883-2390) <br /> a. If any suspected Tribal Cultural Resources(TCR)are discovered during ground disturbing construction <br /> activities, all work shall cease within 100 feet of the find. A Tribal Representative from culturally <br /> affiliated tribes shall be immediately notified and shall determine if the find is a TCR (PRC §21074). <br /> The Tribal Representative will make recommendations regarding the treatment of the discovery. <br /> Preservation in place is the preferred alternative under CEQA and UAIC protocols, and every effort <br /> must be made to preserve the resources in place, including through project redesign. <br /> b. Work at the discovery location cannot resume until all necessary investigation and evaluation of the <br /> discovery under the requirements of the CEQA, including AB 52, has been satisfied. <br /> PA-1900055—Conditions of Approval 7 <br />
