Obtain discharge requirements from the California Regional Water Quality Control Board, <br /> Central Valley Region, prior to development (Water Code, Article 5, Section 13280). <br /> NOTE: Applicant will need to get written approval from the public entity that will accept the <br /> winery waste should he not seek Regional Board approval for land application. Written <br /> acceptance shall be presented to Environmental Health Department prior to approval of <br /> an Improvement Plan. <br /> B. The applicant approved septic system is designed for up to 10 persons/day. Prior to approval <br /> of Improvement Plans, applicant shall demonstrate adequate expansion area for additional <br /> proposed customers including the 100% designated replacement area. <br /> C. In accordance with the California Uniform Food Facilities Law, applicant shall make the <br /> appropriate application to the Environmental Health Department for the proposed wine <br /> events (Special Events) and pay the appropriate fees. <br /> D. Applicant is to contact the Environmental Health Department in regards to providing potable <br /> water in accordance with California Health and Safety Code, Section 116525 through <br /> 116570. <br />
