Based on these records, it appears that the Site has been vineyard from <br /> 2009 through the present. No violations were identified for the Site. <br /> The eastern side of the Site has been farmed under the grower names of Kirschenman and <br /> Spenker Ranch, while the western side has been farmed under the grower name of Phillips <br /> Farms.
