INTRODUCTION <br /> This study was prepared to satisfy the Conditions of <br /> Approval of Minor Subdivision MS-92-135 . <br /> PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT <br /> The property is a vacant 80 acre property being split <br /> into two 40 acre parcels. Refer to Exhibit 1 . <br /> PRESENT AND PAST USES OF SITE <br /> The property did contain a mature vineyard that was <br /> removed . Proposed use is for a new vineyard . <br /> EXISTING SEPTIC TANK USAGE AND ADJACENT GROUND WATER <br /> The neighbors of this site were interviewed regarding <br /> their septic systems and ground water . The results are <br /> as follows: <br /> 013-090-17 Bjorn and Kami Jensen , 20572 North Davis <br /> Road <br /> Septic System is 23 years old <br /> No problems with leach area <br /> Depth to ground water is estimated at 25 <br /> feet <br /> 013-060-05 Bonnie Durrel , 19877 North Davis Road <br /> Septic system is very old <br /> Leach field extended and two sumps added <br /> in 1972. <br /> System is pumped out every two to three <br /> years. <br /> Depth to ground water is unknown . <br /> 015-020-10 Ridenour Vineyard , Inc . , owner ; <br /> Todd Maley , occupant , <br /> 549 West Woodbridge Road <br /> System installed in 1964 <br /> No problems with the leach area <br /> Depth to ground water is estimated at 30 <br /> feet . <br /> 015-040-55 W . H. Blohm, 1090 West Woodbridge Road <br /> Two systems, one is 30 years old , the <br /> other is 35 years old <br /> No problems reported . <br /> The 30 year old system has been pumped <br /> once. <br /> See Exhibit 2 for property locations. <br />
