Davis Road, Lodi <br /> The San Joaquin County Development Title Requirements listed below have been identified as <br /> pertinent to this project. Other requirements may also apply. These requirements cannot be <br /> modified. <br /> / A qualified environmental professional shall prepare a surface and subsurface <br /> A�. contamination report, identifying any potential source of surface or subsurface <br /> contamination caused by past or current land-uses. The report shall include evaluation of <br /> non-point source of hazardous materials, .including agricultural chemical residues, as well as <br /> potential point sources, such as fuel storage tanks, septic systems, or chemical storage <br /> areas. The report shall be submitted to the Environmental Health Department at time of <br /> submittal of a tentative map (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-905.12). <br /> A review fee of$196.00 shall be paid at the time of submittal to the Environmental Health <br /> Department. <br /> NOTE: <br /> The Environmental Health Department received a surface and subsurface contamination <br /> report Service Request#SR0052996 on December 19, 2007 that has been approved. <br /> B. Construction of an individual domestic water well under permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Department is required for the remainder parcel, prior to recordation <br /> of Parcel Map (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1115.3). <br /> A soil suitability study shall be submitted to the Environmental Health Department indicating <br /> that the area is suitable for septic system usage. The study must be approved by the <br /> Environmental Health Department prior to the recordation of Parcel Map. (San Joaquin <br /> County Development Title, Section 9-1105.2 (d)). A review fee of$196.00 must be paid at- <br /> time of submittal to the Environmental Health Department. <br /> The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage standards of San <br /> Joaquin County prior to approval. A percolation test that meets absorption rates of the <br /> manual of septic tank practice or E.P.A. Design Manual for onsite wastewater treatment and R <br /> disposal system is required for each parcel. A permit fee of$98.00 per percolation hole is ' <br /> required. <br /> NOTE: <br /> The designated remainder is non-buildable for living structures until the Environmental <br /> Health Department receives and approves a Soil Suitability Study showing the remainder is <br /> suitable for septic system usage including a percolation test. <br />
