Other requirements may also apply. These requirements cannot be <br /> modified. <br /> A. A Surface and Subsurface Contamination Report was submitted to Environmental Health <br /> Department (EHD) concerning this project. Prior to recordation of Parcel Map,the Surface <br /> �I and Subsurface Contamination Report shall be deemed acceptable by EHD and any <br /> corrective action shall be taken as recommended in the report(San Joaquin County <br /> Development Title, Section 9-905.12 (a)(c)). <br /> B. A soil suitability study, as required by Section 9-1105.2 (d) of the San Joaquin County <br /> 6 Development Title, indicating that the area is suitable for a septic tank system must be <br /> g performed prior to recordation of Parcel Map. A review fee of$178.00 is required at time of <br /> submittal to the Environmental Health Department. <br /> The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage standards.of San Joaquin <br /> County prior to approval. A percolation test that meets absorption rates of the manual of <br /> septic tank practice or E.P.A. Design Manual for onsite wastewater treatment and disposal <br /> system is required for each parcel. A permit fee of$89.00 per percolation hole is required. <br /> C. The existing private water wells shall be tested for the chemical Dibromochloropropane <br /> Ao) <br /> (DBCP) and nitrates prior to recordation of the Parcel Map. Samples are to be taken and <br /> analyzed by a State-approved laboratory. (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section , <br /> 9-1115.7). ,1 { <br /> D. Destroy the abandoned well(s)under permit and inspection by the Environmental Health ` <br /> Department as required (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1115.5(e)). <br />
