Other requirements may also apply. These <br /> requirements cannot be modified. <br /> A. Submit a site plan or map to the Environmental Health Department showing sewage <br /> and well information that clearly delineates the proposed locations as required by <br /> ordinance requirements (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1110.4). <br /> B. Construction of an individual domestic water well for Parcel #2 under permit and <br /> inspection by the Environmental Health Department, or a Water Easement Agreement <br /> from Parcel #1 to Parcel #2 to supply domestic water is required at the time of <br /> recordation of grant deed (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1115.3). <br />
