Martin <br /> .17303 N. DeVries Road, Lodi <br /> The San Joaquin County Development Title Requirements listed below have been identified as <br /> pertinent to this project. Other Requirements may also apply. These Requirements cannot be <br /> modified. <br /> a. Construction of individual sewage disposal system(s) under permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Division is required at the time of development (San Joaquin <br /> County Development Title Section 9-1110.3 & 9-1110.4). <br /> i <br /> b. Submit an improvement plan to the San Joaquin County Planning Department for <br /> approval by the Environmental Health Division showing sewage and well information as <br /> required by the improvement plan (including a 100% expansion area). <br /> C. State on revised plans or improvement plans the maximum number of employees the <br /> sewage disposal system is being designed for and that the leach field area will be <br /> barricaded so it cannot be driven over, parked on or used as a storage area. This leach <br /> field area must be used for that specific purpose only and cannot contain any <br /> underground utility lines.
