DeVries Road, Lodi PLANNING DIVISION <br /> The Ordinance Requirements listed below have been identified as pertinent to this <br /> project. Other Ordinance Requirements may also apply. Ordinance Requirements can <br /> not be modified. <br /> a. Construct an individual sewage disposal system(s) under a permit and <br /> inspection by the Environmental Health Division at the time of development <br /> (Ordinance Code Section 5-3003). <br /> b. State on revised plans or improvement plans the maximum number of <br /> employees the sewage disposal system is being designed for and that the leach <br /> field area will be barricaded so it cannot be driven over, parked on or used as- <br /> a storage r.rea. This leach field area must be used for that specific purpose <br /> only and cannot contain any underground utility lines. <br /> C. The existing private. water wells shall be tested for the chemical <br /> Dibromochloropropane (DBCP) and nitrates prior to recordation of the Final <br /> Map. Samples are to betaken and run by a State-approved lab. (Planning Title <br /> Section 9-10100-05). <br /> d. The well must be repaired under permit and inspection by the Environmental <br /> Health Division (San Joaquin County Ordinance 1862, Section 5-4100) as <br /> follows: The well discharge pipe must be plumbed over the top of the <br /> standpipe and have twice the diameter of the discharge pipe air gap from top <br /> of the stand pipe, or install San Joaquin County approved backflow valves. <br /> e.
