The existing private water wells shall be tested for the chemical Dibromochloropropane <br /> (DBCP) and nitrates with the results submitted to the Environmental Health Department <br /> prior to recordation of the Parcel Map. Samples are to be taken and analyzed by a <br /> State-approved laboratory (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1115.7). <br /> D. The well must be repaired under permit and inspection by the Environmental Health <br /> Department (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1115.4(e)) as follows.- <br /> a. <br /> ollows:a. Agricultural discharge pipes utilizing an air gap for back-flow prevention shall <br /> maintain an air gap equal to the size of the discharge pipe, but not less than 6 <br /> inches. The discharge pipe shall also have two 1/4 inch slits extending 6 inches from <br /> the bottom of the pipe and opposite each other or a back-flow device approved by <br /> San Joaquin County must be installed. <br /> E. Destroy the out-of-service well (Expired Permit # SR0045848) under permit and <br /> inspection by the Environmental Health Department as required by San Joaquin <br /> County Development Title, Section 9-1115.5(e), or bring the well back to service. <br /> F. Construction of an individual sewage disposal system(s) under permit and inspection <br /> by the Environmental Health Department is required at the time of development (San <br /> Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1110.3 & 9-1110.4). <br /> G. Construction of an individual domestic water well under permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Department is required at the time of development (San Joaquin <br /> County Development Title, Section 9-1115.3). <br />
