The existing private water wells shall be tested for the chemical Dibromochloropropane (DBCP) and nitrates with the results submitted to the Environmental Health Department prior to recordation of the Parcel Map. Samples are to be taken and analyzed by a State-approved laboratory (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1115.7). D. The well must be repaired under permit and inspection by the Environmental Health Department (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1115.4(e)) as follows.- a. ollows:a. Agricultural discharge pipes utilizing an air gap for back-flow prevention shall maintain an air gap equal to the size of the discharge pipe, but not less than 6 inches. The discharge pipe shall also have two 1/4 inch slits extending 6 inches from the bottom of the pipe and opposite each other or a back-flow device approved by San Joaquin County must be installed. E. Destroy the out-of-service well (Expired Permit # SR0045848) under permit and inspection by the Environmental Health Department as required by San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1115.5(e), or bring the well back to service. F. Construction of an individual sewage disposal system(s) under permit and inspection by the Environmental Health Department is required at the time of development (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1110.3 & 9-1110.4). G. Construction of an individual domestic water well under permit and inspection by the Environmental Health Department is required at the time of development (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1115.3).
