Martin <br /> 23001 N. DeVries Road, Lodi <br /> The Ordinance Requirements listed below have been identified as {pertinent to this <br /> project. Other Ordinance Requirements may also apply. Ordinance Requirements can <br /> not be modified. <br /> A. A soil suitability study as required by Section 10100 of the San Joaquin County <br /> Development Code must be performed prior to recordation of final map or letter <br /> of approval indicating that the area is suitable for septic tank usage. <br /> b. The existing private water wells shall be tested for the chemical <br /> Dibromochloropropane (DBCP) and nitrates prior to recordation of the Final <br /> Map. Samples are to be taken and run by a State-approved lab. <br /> C. The well must be repaired under permit and inspection by the Environmental <br /> Health Division as follows: <br /> 1 . Irrigation well shall be plumbed over the top of standpipe and provide <br /> twice the diameter of discharge pipe air gap or install an approved back <br /> flow valves. <br /> 2- The Agriculture well must have a grout installed along with a concrete <br /> pedestal. <br />
