APN: 003-040-17 <br /> INFORMATION: <br /> t The site is not currently located within a Federal Flood Insurance Administration Designated Flood Hazard Area. <br /> De Vries Road has an existing right-of-way width of'80 feet and a planned right-of-way width of 80 feet. <br /> The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee will be required when parcels are developed.
