rr, DELTA BUILDINGS INC . <br /> OAK FARM VINEYARDS: EXPANSION NARRATIVE <br /> Currently,Oak Farm Vineyards is producing 4,000 gallons of wine offsite per year. The <br /> proposed expansion in PHASE 1 is a new 6,000 square foot winery production facility <br /> including tank, case,and barrel storage,a wine laboratory,an underground barrel <br /> cellar,two employee offices,an employee restroom,and a 20-foot by 40-foot crush pad. <br /> The new production facility will produce a maximum of 16,000 gallons of wine per year. <br /> The existing barn (building'G') is to house the winery marketing events. <br /> In PHASE 2,Oak Farm will move from their 1,310 square foot tasting room to a <br /> proposed 3,600 square foot tasting room attached to the production facility. This will <br /> include a tasting bar, customer restrooms,and offices. The existing building'D' <br /> indicated on the plan will be used for storage.PHASE 2 also includes a 4,000 square foot <br /> expansion for wine production and a 20 foot by 40 foot covered dock. <br /> In PHASE 3,a second 4,000 square-foot expansion for wine production is proposed. <br /> Over the 10 year period,Oak Farm Vineyards is projected to move from making 4,000 <br /> gallons of wine offsite to a maximum 36,000 gallons on-site. <br />
