9-1025.9 Part II) <br /> Implementation of the following recommendations shall be provided and comply with the <br /> following pursuant to the noise study prepared by J.C. Brennan and Associates dated <br /> October 25, 2012: <br /> 1) Conduct periodic noise measurements during events at a distance of 100 feet <br /> directly in front of the sound system, and should be limited to no more than 75 dBA <br /> or Lmax. <br /> 2) The winery staff is trained on how to use the sound level meter, use the proper <br /> settings on the meter and the meter is calibrated prior to events. The sound level <br /> meter shall comply with an ANSI Type 1 or Type 2 certification. <br /> 3) Events are required to terminate prior to 10:00 p.m. <br /> o) BUILDING CODE REQUIREMENTS: The following California Building Code and San <br /> Joaquin County Ordinance requirements will be applicable and shall be incorporated in the <br /> construction plans before submittal to the Building Inspection Division: <br /> 1) The proposed occupancy will be F-2, M, S-2, B, A-3. <br /> 2) Provide parking for the physically disabled. The space(s) shall be located as close as <br /> possible to the primary entrance. (C.C.R., Title 24). <br /> 3) Provide identification signs for the parking space(s) including the "tow away" sign at <br /> each entrance or visible from each space (C.C.R., Title 24). <br /> 4) The slope of a parking space shall not exceed %inch per foot (C.C.R., Title 24). <br /> 5) Provide one van parking space. <br /> 6) Provide restrooms conforming with all disabled access requirements (C.C.R., Title 24) <br /> Uniform Plumbing Code, Table 4-1. <br /> 7) Engineered plans required for new structures, occupancy change, accessible <br /> restrooms and parking. <br /> 8) A soils report will be required. <br /> 9) All recommendations of the Subdivision Soils Report shall be incorporated into the <br /> construction drawings. <br /> p) CALIFORNIA FIRE CODE The following California Fire Code and San Joaquin County <br /> Ordinance Code requirements will be applicable and shall be incorporated in the <br /> construction plans before submittal to the Community Development Department for a <br /> building permit. <br /> (1) Fire flow and hydrants will be provided for the proposed project by the use of: Appendix <br /> B and C of the California Fire Code and NFPA 1142 of the National Fire Code. <br /> 8 <br />
