INTRODUCTION <br /> This study was prepared to satisfy the requirements of <br /> the Conditions of Approval of MS-94-06. <br /> PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT <br /> The property is in vineyard. Three 40+ acre parcels <br /> are being created. No other development is proposed. <br /> See Exhibit 1 . <br /> PRESENT AND PAST USES OF SITE <br /> The site has historically been used for vineyard, and <br /> row crops . This is typical of the area. <br /> EXISTING SEPTIC TANK USAGE AND COMMENTS ON GROUND WATER <br /> Nobody has ever lived on this property and neighbors <br /> are few. <br /> We made a concentrated effort to contact and interview <br /> nearby residences . Holden <br /> 3991 West Peltier Road Has three septic systems , <br /> the oldest is 75 years <br /> and newest is 1994. They <br /> do fine except for some <br /> tree root problem. <br /> Groundwater is 15 to 25 <br /> feet <br />
