This percolation test was
performed at the request and authorization of Donna Shatswell for
the Campbell Charitable Trust.
The test holes were presaturated 24 hrs before percolation
testing commenced on January la, 1991- The percolation testing
was conducted according to San Joaquin County Department of
Environmental. Health regulations and was witnessed and observed by
f Hector Castro from the County Department of Environmental Health.
A total of 6 percolation holes were prepared at various
locations. At each of three test locations, a shallow (4 feet)
deep test hole and a deeper (approximately 14 feet) test hole were
drilled using 8" diameter solid stem auger. The shallow test hole
was drilled and tested as requested by the County, and the deeper
test hole was drilled and tested in order to demonstrate that a
permeable strata does exist. The percolation test holes were
sleeved with 4" diameter perforated pipe to prevent a potential
cave-in, thus insuring test hole integrity. Gravel was added to
the bottom of the hole and placed in the annular space between the
perforated pipe and the bore hole. Please find attached, the Field
Percolation Testing Report (signed by the San Joaquin County
representative) , indicating the test hole location, percolation
ti
rate and recommended sewage disposal area.
QUA T CO TROL INSPECTION, INC.
Jes Wry, P.E.
JW/dj
cc: 3 Client
{ F r0 ert of our clients for their exclusive use.Any publication or reproduction of statements, conclussores!ezttaCts from or
Our repofts and letters are submitted as the confidentialp p y
regarding our reports or letters is reserved.contingent upon the written aufl9anabort of Quality Control Inspection.Inc.
