The frontage improvements for Del Mar Avenue and Horner Avenue shall be constructed in <br /> conformance with the standards for one-half of a 50-foot right-of-way Local Residential Street. <br /> The construction of the frontage improvements will be deferred, upon execution by the owner <br /> of a Deferred Frontage and Roadway Improvement Agreement or a Secured Deferred Frontage <br /> and Roadway Improvement Agreement with a deposit equivalent to their estimated <br /> construction costs prior to approval of the Parcel Map. (A $325.00 fee currently is required for <br /> processing per Development Title Table 9-240.2 in addition to a copy of the Grant Deed, and <br /> an estimate. The estimate and legal descriptions shall be prepared by a Registered Civil <br /> Engineer with a typical section drawing on a form to be supplied by the Department of Public <br /> Works and submitted to the Department of Public Works for approval. As an option,the <br /> Department of Public Works will prepare the drawing with estimate for an additional fee of <br /> $140.00.) (The fee due will be based on the current fee schedule.) <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1150.2(4)(3)) <br /> 3. The owner shall execute an Irrevocable Offer and Agreement to Dedicate Road to result in <br /> in a twenty-five (25)foot wide right-of-way from the centerline of Del Mar Avenue to the <br /> property line across the frontage of Parcel 2, and a 20-foot x_20 foot corner cut off on the corner <br /> of Del Mar Avenue and Horner Avenue. and Wanner Avenue and Horner Avenue. <br /> (A$280.00 fee currently is required for processing per Development Title Table 9-240.2 <br /> in addition to a copy of the Grant Deed and a legal description of the parcel to be offered <br /> for dedication.) The project shall be served by a public sewer collection system constructed in conformance <br /> with the requirements of the San Joaquin County Public Health Services Environmental <br /> Services Division and the Department of Public Works. The City of Stockton shall verify that the appropriate Right of Service Units for sanitary sever <br /> have been paid for the proposed subdivision prior to approval of the Parcel Map or the payment <br /> may be deferred until building permit application with this statement "Payment for the Right of <br /> Service Units will be required at the time of building permit application" noticed on the Parcel <br /> Map. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1105.3) <br /> 9. The project shall be served by a public water system conforming to the requirements of the San <br /> Joaquin County Public Health Services Environmental Health Division and the Department of <br /> Public Works. A "Will Serve" letter from the California Water Service for water service shall <br /> be required. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1115.2) <br />
