DELAWARE AVENUE 1APN 111-110-03) PA-0600333 (VR1 <br /> The Public Works Department staff has reviewed the subject variance request and offers the <br /> following comment: <br /> 1. The existing "shared"driveway as shown on the site plan does not accurately reflect the field <br /> location, and should be revised accordingly. <br /> 2. City records indicate the subject site and the adjacent property to the south (APN 111-110-- <br /> 42) are not held in common ownership. To ensure appropriate access and parking <br /> circulation to/from the subject site via the existing "shared"driveway, the subject parcel and <br /> the adjacent parcel should be merged, or should enter into reciprocal access and parking <br /> agreement. Said agreement shouid be in place and should be recorded at the San Joaquin <br /> County Recorder's office prior to occupancy under the subject variance. <br /> We appreciate the opportunity to comment on this application.- <br /> JAMES B.
