Under permit and inspection, the Environmental Health Department requires the construction <br /> of individual domestic water well (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1115.3) <br /> for the proposed 41-acre parcel to serve the existing home prior to recordation of deed or <br /> record of survey. <br /> NOTE: Chicken ranch operation may be impacted by the reduction of 41-acres to 10- <br /> acres.
