CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> LA-94-41 <br /> Jensen <br /> A one-year Time Exdenslon request for Lot Line Adjustment Application No. LA-44-41 was approved <br /> by the San Joaquin County Community Development Department on February 12, 1996. <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Ordinance requirements shall be complied with prior to approval of <br /> a Notice of Lot Line Adjustment. <br /> 1 <br /> This approval will expire on January 29 1997 which Is the new expiration date unless a Notice of <br /> PP P N P <br /> Lot Line Adjustment has been filed with and accepted by the County Surveyor. <br /> 1. COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT: <br /> a. A 'Notice of Lot Line Adjustment' shall be recorded prior to conveyance of property <br /> through deeds by the owner. Legal descriptions of the lands to be exchanged shall be <br /> submitted to the Surveyor's Office for review and forwarding to the Community <br /> Deveiopnient Department. The descriptions shall be stamped and signed by a <br /> Registered Civil Engineer or a Licensed Land Surveyor. <br /> 2. DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS: <br /> j <br /> a. A Recorded Deed is allowed, but if points or limes are set, a Record of Survey is required. <br /> A new legal description shall be submitted to the Surveyor's Office for review. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-872.4) <br /> b. The new legal description must reflect correct distances with qualifiers to avoid overlaps <br /> or gaps.. <br /> 3. PUBLIC HEALTH!SERVICES: <br /> t� <br /> a. Construction of an individual domestic water well on the 2.13-acre parcel under permit <br /> and inspection by the Environmental Health Division is required at the time of <br /> development.
