APN: 213-020-28 <br /> INFORMATION: <br /> The site is located within a Federal Flood Insurance Administration <br /> Designated Flood Hazard Area. The 100-Year Flood Elevation will be <br /> approximately 20-feet NGVD. In addition, the existing San Joaquin <br /> County and City of Stockton Flood Insurance Studies, which <br /> delineates flood risks, flood plains, and floodways areas, are <br /> currently being re-evaluated. The re-evaluation is being conducted <br /> by the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) , Region IX, <br /> Building 105, Presidio of San Francisco, California, 94219, <br /> telephone (415) 923-7186. The re-evaluation may delineate <br /> additional flood risks. The official flood maps are available for <br /> review at the Department of Public Works, 1810 E. Hazelton Avenue, <br /> Stockton. These flood maps will be updated when the re-evaluation <br /> process is completed. <br /> Delta Avenue has an existing right-of-way width of 60 feet, and a <br /> planned right-of-way width of 60 feet. <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS: <br /> 1. A Parcel Map is required. (Development Title Section 9-915. 2) <br /> 2 . Any driveway that exceeds 150 feet in length from any public <br /> roadway shall be improved in accordance with the requirements <br /> of the Uniform Fire Code Section 10. 207, San Joaquin County <br /> Standards F-la, F-1b, & F-1c and the Tracy Rural Fire <br /> District prior to issuance of the occupancy permit. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1145. 5) <br /> 1 <br />
