COMMENTS ON DEVELOPMENT <br /> MS-94-15 <br /> 3 . The portion within the 40' radius cul-de-sac shall be <br /> dedicated to San Joaquin County. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-860. 4) <br /> 4 . The Water Supply Facilities Impact Mitigation Fee will be <br /> required for this development. The fee is due and payable at <br /> the time of building permit application. The project shall be served by a public water system <br /> conforming to the requirements of the San Joaquin County <br /> Public Health Services Environmental Health Division and the <br /> Department of Public Works. The project shall be served by a Pacific Gardens Sanitary <br /> District. The cost of any required extension, connection, or <br /> placement of new sanitary facilities =hall be borne by the <br /> subdivider.
