AGE found no indication, however, from regulatory records or from site reconnaissance observations that agricultural chemicals were applied improperly to the property. Application of agricultural chemicals for intended use is not a REC, however, it is expected that even the proper application of agricultural chemicals would leave residual concentrations in soils. 10.0. RECOMMENDATIONS Based upon the findings of this Surface and Subsurface Contamination Report, AGE has no recommendations for additional environmental investigations at the subject property; _ however, there is a potential for residual agricultural chemical impact to the property subsurface. 11.0. LIMITATIONS Our professional services were performed using that degree of care and skill ordinarily exercised by environmental consultants practicing in this or similar fields. Findings were based mainly upon examination of historical records, maps, aerial photographs and government agency lists, on a site reconnaissance visit, and on information obtained during a personal interview with a persons or persons of long-term familiarity with the subject property. The hazardous waste site lists represented in this report represents only a search of specific government records as listed above; the pesticide reports and pesticide use permits represent those permits provided to AGE. Advanced GeoEnvironmental, Inc. is aware that additional government records may exist. It should Y be noted that government agencies often do not list all sites with environmental contamination or that the list could be inaccurate and/or incomplete. Conclusions and recommendations in this report are based on findings regarding the historical use of the site, and on features noted during the site reconnaissance. The absence of any potential gross contamination sources, historic or present, does not necessarily imply that the site is free of any contamination. This report only represents a "due diligence" effort as to the current environmental status of the site.
