Other requirements may also apply. These requirements cannot be <br /> modified. <br /> 1.1 ` he Environmental Health Department requires a soil suitability study indicating that the area <br /> is suitable for septic tank usage. This must be performed prior to recordation of Parcel Map <br /> (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1105.2(d)). A review fee of$186.00 <br /> SO must be paid at time of submittal to the Environmental Health Department. <br /> $ The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage standards of San Joaquin <br /> t <br /> County prior to approval. A percolation test that meets absorption rates of the manual of <br /> septic tank practice or E.P.A. Design Manual for onsite wastewater treatment and disposal <br /> system is required for each parcel. A permit fee of 593.00 per percolation hole is required. <br /> I <br /> I BGG B. The existing private water wells shall be tested for the chemical Dibromochloropropane <br /> (DBCP) and nitrates prior to recordation of the Parcel Map. Samples are to be taken and <br /> analyzed by a State-approved laboratory (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9- <br /> 1115.7). <br /> C. The applicant shall properly dispose of items referred to in the Surface and Subsurface <br /> C Contamination Report (gas and all cans, 55-gallon drum, 1000-gallon gas tank, etc...). <br /> Applicant shall provide the Environmental Health Department with appropriate <br /> documentation of final disposal prior to Parcel Map approval. <br /> !Construction of individual sewage-disposal-system(s) under permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Department is required at the time of development based on the Soil <br /> Suitability findings (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1110.3 & 9-1110.4). <br /> Page 1 of 2 <br />
