Legal descriptions of the lands to be exchanged shall be submitted to the Surveyor's <br /> Office for review and forwarding to the Community Development Department. The descriptions shall <br /> be stamped and signed by a Registered Civil Engineer or a Licensed Land Surveyor. <br /> On June 30, 1995,the San Joaquin County Community Development Department Approved LA-95-25 <br /> subject to the Conditions of Approval listed below. Unless otherwise specified, all Ordinance <br /> requirements shall be complied with prior to the recordation of the Notice of Lot Line Adjustment. <br /> F <br /> 1.
