Ordinance Requirements can not be modified. <br /> a. A soil suitability study as required by Section 10100 of the <br /> San Joaquin County Development Code must be performed prior to <br /> recordation of final map or letter of approval indicating that <br /> the area is suitable for septic tank usage. <br /> b. The existing private water wells shall be tested for the <br /> chemical Dibromochloropropane (DBCP) and Nitrates prior to <br /> recordation of the Final Map. Samples are to be taken and run <br /> by a State-approved lab. <br /> c. The sewage disposal system shall comply with the rules and <br /> regulations of San Joaquin County prior to Improvement Plan <br /> approval. A percolation test and a sewage disposal area as <br /> determined by the percolation test are required for <br /> Environmental Health Division approval. A permit for the <br /> w percolation tests from the Environmental Health Division is <br /> required on both parcels. <br /> d.
