[1] EXECUTIVE SUMMARY <br /> This Soil Suitability Study presents the results of our <br /> investigation concerning the soil strata under the subject property <br /> referenced above. This study was performed to determine if this <br /> site is acceptable for a septic system that will function properly <br /> and pose no adverse environmental impact to surface waters, or to <br /> +- the underlying groundwater. This report is in compliance with the <br /> requirements of Section 9-10100 Item (c) of the San Joaquin County <br /> L. ordinance No. 3323, Division 10, Chapter 2 . <br /> ;. <br /> [2] SUBJECT SITE AND STUDY AREA BACKGROUND INFORMATION <br /> The subject site is located 10 miles south of the city of Manteca <br /> and consists of 33 .8 acres that are currently under agricultural <br /> �. production with flood irrigation. The subject parcel is at an <br /> average elevation of 28 feet above sea level. There are no <br /> structures present on the subject property, nor is there evidence <br /> that there has ever been any structures. The Red Bridge Slough is <br /> the southern border of the property. A single family residence <br /> borders the northwest corner of the subject parcel (5870 Division <br /> Road) . Agricultural production land surrounds the property in all <br /> directions.
