Other requirements may also apply. These <br /> requirements cannot be modified. <br /> 1. A revised plot map must be submitted prior to the recordation of the Parcel <br /> Map showing the locations of the septic tanks and leach fields for the kitchen <br /> and office septic systems on parcel #1 and for the shop on parcel #2. All <br /> portions of the existing septic systems must comply with the appropriate <br /> distance requirements pursuant to the rules and regulations pertaining to the <br /> Development Title of San Joaquin County Division 11, Chapter 9-1110, <br /> Section 9-1110.5. <br /> 2.
