a <br /> { CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> s <br /> ' LA-99-15 <br /> Borba <br /> Lot Line Adjustment Application No. LA-99-15 was approved by the San Joaquin County Community <br /> Development Department on April 19,1999,which is the effective date of approval. <br /> Unless otherwise specified,all Ordinance requirements shall be complied with prior to approval of a <br /> Notice of Lot Line Adjustment. <br /> This approval will expire.on October 18,2000,which is 18 months from the effective date of approval, <br /> unless a Notice of Lot Line Adjustment has been filed with and accepted by the County Surveyor. <br /> 1. COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT(Staff Contact: Jim Van Buren, 468-2374) , <br /> a. A"Notice of Lot Line Adjustment"shall be recorded prior to conveyance of property <br /> through deeds by the owner. Legal descriptions of the lands to be exchanged shall be <br /> submitted to the Surveyor's Division for review and forwarding to the Community <br /> Development Department. The legal descriptions shall be stamped and signed by a <br /> Registered Civil Engineer or a Licensed Land Surveyor. <br /> M1 <br /> 2. A Recorded Deed is allowed, but if points ar lines are set, a Record of Survey is required. <br /> The new legal description shall be submitted to the Surveyor's Division for review <br /> I Develo ment Title Section 9-872.4 . <br /> ( <br /> p ) <br /> b.
