Dodds Rd., Escalon, CA
Dear Mr. Tasiopoulos:
We recently received the chemical use records from the Agricultural Commissioner's Office for
the above project. These records indicate that the southern portion if the property has been
used to grow corn for fodder, oats for fodder, and clover from 2009 through the present. The
northern portion was used as pastureland from 2009 through 2011. According to the records,
the property was farmed by Frank Borba & Sons until 2012; John Rocha, Jr. is currently farming
the parcel, but no use reports were located.
The chemicals reportedly applied to the property from 2009 through the present are summarized
in the attached table. No violations were identified.
Sincerely.
Live Oak GeoEnvironmental, Inc.
Abig Racco
CC: Dennis Borba
P.O.
